For the last 25 years I have been on every diet, attended every
aerobics class, had personal trainers, had taken every new diet pill on
the market. Although I lost weight every time, I always gained it
back and more, and never permanently changed my eating and exercise
habits.
When I started at Oakland Personal Training I weighed 180lbs. I
was miserable about my weight. The trainers at OPT taught me how to
live a life of good food and exercise. I have lost 35lbs. and
now have completely incorporated my new routine into my life.
I look forward to my appointments at OPT. The encouragement the
trainers give me has made of all of the difference in my outlook toward
exercise and eating. I have been on this program for nine months now and I
plan to continue. This has been the answer to a life of fitness and
health.
